  • For over a decade, Jayme has worked for and contributed to publications like WWD, VIOLET GREY, Allure, Forbes, and Vogue.com. As VIOLET GREY’s former beauty director, she oversaw all facets of The Violet Code, including curation and VIOLET GREY’s prestigious artist committee.

Prior to that, Jayme was the mass market beauty editor at WWD, where she reported on the business of beauty.

As a champion of indie beauty brands, she launched Cannonball Theory in 2019, a brand consulting agency that develops and evolves the stories of the most innovative companies. In 2020, she co-founded And Repeat, an online platform that champions mental health stories and opens the door to conversations that are commonly spoken about in private.

Jayme also writes a weekly newsletter on Substack called I’m On An Antidepressant, discussing her mental health journey and the beauty and wellness products she actually spends money on.

  • Kait is the founder and curator of The Link jewelry consultancy. Her background spans styling, curating and merchandising in the luxury and fashion industries at brands including The Row, Brunello Cucinelli, Ralph Lauren and most recently The Real Real where she oversaw brand identity, store interiors and curation. Kait believes that jewelry is a way to tell our stories with each piece holding meaning, history and purpose. Her true passion is vintage jewelry and she's been steadily building her personal collection for years, including a bejeweled owl ring that always makes her smile, a sapphire dome ring to mark her birth month and the vintage Cartier Tank watch of dreams.

  • Jessika is a creative polymath with an international perspective and an interest in craft traditions, the handmade and the human body. Her experience spans both designing and consulting across fashion, interiors and art and her enthusiasm lies in engaging with a diverse range of emerging artists through first-hand experience.

Jessika’s trajectory began as the co-founder of the awarded London-based leather goods fashion brand Borba Margo. Later, she moved to LA and shifted her focus to interior design for a variety of music and film industry clients. Currently based in Stockholm, she designs leather goods for a Paris based fashion brand and continues to engage in the fields of interiors and art, curating furniture, decorative arts, ceramics and objects by established and emerging artists.
