Akua Objects was founded on a nostalgic wish to honor glassware as a poetic object with a purpose that goes beyond serving as a frame for water.
Akua Objects’ motivation is to create poetic tableware that makes one connect with the objects on an emotional level and create new memories and associations.
With each object named after a person who has made an impact on Akua Objects' design heritage, the objects honor memories of specific people, inviting the user to think more of the glass than just an object.
